If it has been more than 4 weeks since you have had a lash appointment then you will need to have a new set of lashes applied. Please call if you require any further information. Unfortunately we are not able to infill Lash extensions which have been applied other than at TIME to be ME.

Lash extensions should always be removed using Nouveau lash product. Pulling out lash extensions will damage natural lashes.

The “inbetweens”. Wanting a bit more of a fuller look but don’t want it to be too much? With a ratio of 50:50 we apply a mixture of fans (a lash enhancement consisting of more than one single lash made in to a fan) and classics enhancements meaning your set will have that added fullness. We aim for 100% coverage of your natural lashes. These can be light for an everyday look with a bit ‘extra’ or glammed up for a special event, night out or occasion.

Volume (Russian) Lash Extensions (2D – 6D) Experienced lash technicians offer this application technique to create the big, fluffy, voluminous lashes often seen on celebrities. A fan is created from 2-6 individual false lashes and applied to one isolated natural lash. Due to the number of lashes being applied, the individual thickness of each false lash tends to be thinner and lighter than that used for classic lashes (typically 0.05-0.07mm each). These are often referred to as mink lashes due to their soft, finer appearance (they are not from real mink). This technique uses less glue, the lashes are more comfortable to wear and require less frequent infill treatments (typically every 3-5 weeks). Their application can be adapted to create a range of different volume looks to enhance most eye shapes. We have ensured our lash technicians have the skills and time required to ensure full sets of lashes which are not clumped together. Infills are typically required every 3-5 weeks as lost lashes (from natural lash shedding) can be quite obvious due to the lashes being thicker. Also lashes require removal and reapplication more regularly than with volume lashes as, as the natural lash grows this leaves a gap between the lash line and where the false lash joins which does become noticeable over time. Please ensure you arrive without eye make-up or mascara for your appointment. If you attend with waterproof mascara applied this may impact on how well your lashes last. If we need to remove make-up or mascara this may reduce the time available for lashes to be applied. Cyanoacrylate is the main ingredient in lash extension adhesive and also the reason for most reactions. It is an irritant for your skin, eyeballs and respiratory functions. For this reason, lash adhesives should not touch the skin. Patch Testing on the skin is an outdated method and is not a clear indicator for showing if a reaction will occur or not. That being said, applying a few lashes also DOES NOT give a clear indication of whether a reaction will occur. This is because of two reasons :- 1. A patch test does not give full exposure in the same way a full set of lashes will. 2. Lash adhesive allergies are cumulative, meaning they build up over time. It is more likely for allergies, sensitivities and reactions to occur after you have been having lashes for six months or more. This is because the sensitivity will build up each time you are exposed to lash adhesive. It is unlikely (although it is possible) that you will already have an allergy to Cyanoacrylate if you have not been exposed to it before. NOTE: Nail Glue and Super Glue are Cyanoacrylate based. This means that a patch test will not accurately test for allergies and a reaction could still occur even if the patch test results are fine. Unfortunately, if you become allergic to Cyanoacrylate, it will be recommended that you do not have lash extensions and an alternative treatment may be discussed.
